Battery Gardens, Brixham

This illustration shows Battery Gardens in Brixham, on the south Devon coast, with crocosmia and ferns, with the lighthouse behind.

This particular print shows Battery Gardens in Brixham, peeking through the trees to the lighthouse on Brixham Breakwater. I’ve captured it in summer, with Crocosmia and ferns framing the view.

About my prints

I use an award winning fine art print company to produce my giclee prints and frames (they really are fab!) who use archival quality 240gsm matt art paper.

Frames prints are made to order and available in a choice of black, white or natural wood grain finish.

Please note: Framed prints are much heavier than the unframed option, so cost a lot more to post! As my framed prints are produced and dispatched directly from my printers, the additional postage cost has been added to the product itself.

About me

I’m Beth Hill, artist and owner of Hillfolk Illustration. My background is in Fine Art, gaining a 2:1 at uni back in the 90s. I then trained as an Art teacher and eventually settled into a career as a graphic designer. I have recently rekindled my love of drawing and now combine the skills I have learned through my day job with my traditional art training to produce illustrations that capture all that is beautiful about this part of the world.
