If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, I’m happy to help. I accept returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following criteria apply:
- Framed prints are made to order and can only be refunded if damaged.
- Unframed prints must be returned in original, unopened cello packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
If you would like to refund or exchange an item, please reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to exchange or refund. I will then get in contact to discuss return and replacement options.
