Wedding guest book

Description

This wedding guest book poster combines a custom cartoon portrait with a bunch of colourful balloons, to create a great personalised guest book.

I will recreate hairstyles, outfits and even the bouquet to make this portrait an accurate representation of the happy couple on their special day.

Once your guests have signed it at your reception, it will make a beautiful keepsake to hang on your wall.

If you choose the digital option you will receive a print ready file in PDF and JPEG formats, to fit an A3 frame.

As my portraits are created digitally, they can be scaled to whatever size you wish without losing quality. If you wish to purchase a larger print, or would prefer your portrait on canvas, just message me and I will be happy to help.

HOW TO ORDER YOUR PORTRAIT

Fill in the ‘order notes’ box (at the bottom of the checkout screen) including the following details for each character:
*Name
*Height
*Hair colour
*Eye colour
*Clothing
*Footwear
*Accessories (eg bouquet/corsage etc)

Please try to be as specific as possible, including colour/pattern/style where appropriate.

IMAGES

The more the merrier! You can supply these by emailing portraits@hillfolk.co.uk. If you have loads, please send multiple emails, no larger than 10MB each. Please indicate who each person is; they do not have to be in the same photo.

If you do not have a photo of them wearing the outfit you want me to draw, either send me pics of similar clothes on the web, or give a description in the ‘order notes’ box.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Once I have received your order and photos, I will check the details, then let you know whether I have sufficient info to proceed with your portrait.

When you receive the first draft please check it carefully and let me know whether there is anything you wish me to change. I will aim to make these changes within 48 hours and send you an updated proof.

Please check my shop announcement for details of current turnaround times and bear this in mind when placing your order. If you require it sooner please contact me beforehand and I will do my best to accommodate your needs. Turnaround times do not include printing/delivery, so please factor this into your timescales if necessary.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The price includes the initial proof, plus two sets of amendments. Any further amendments will be charged at £20 p/h

Hillfolk are intended to be stylised characters, not a literal portrait, so please do not expect an exact likeness.
